- From May 22 to May 24, 2023, DDI (Design and Digital Innovation) hosted an inspiring and impactful Bootcamp at the OZO North Pattaya. The event brought together 17 teams of talented students (over 80 DDI students), aiming to nurture teamwork and refine their business ideas. The three-day program was filled with insightful sessions and mentorship opportunities, helping participants fine-tune their entrepreneurial skills.
- The bootcamp commenced with a series of engaging talks by special guests. Khun Suphachai Sachaphibulkij (MIC), from Optimus Co., Ltd, shared valuable insights on leveraging digital technologies to create innovative business models. Dr. Thananporn Sethjinda, better known as Ajarn Nan, enlightened the students on the crucial aspect of validating financial projections. Khun Amaratana Aiewaksorn, popularly known as Ajarn Pupae, delved into the world of digital marketing. Khun Yongplut Yeing-aramkul, or Sier, from GOT ITZ, provided invaluable guidance on securing public funding. Finally, Khun Keattiratna Thongbai, known as Khun Gear, highlighted the supportive role of NSTDA in empowering aspiring entrepreneurs.
- Throughout the bootcamp, students had the opportunity to collaborate closely with experienced mentors, who guided them in refining their ideas and strategies. The mentorship sessions proved invaluable in helping the teams prepare for the highly anticipated final pitch battles held on the evening of May 23, 2023.
- In the grand finale, all teams showcased their business ideas with confidence and professionalism during the five-minute pitch sessions. Their presentations were not only backed by solid concepts but also enhanced by product mock-ups and captivating delivery skills. As the rankings were announced, it was evident that several teams had risen through the ranks, impressing both the judges and fellow participants with their exceptional performance.
- From this bootcamp round, each team will receive the seed funding from the program up to 100,000 Thai Baht per team to kick start bringing their business ideas to life.
